Authority Declaration / Schema Boundary

Declare authority before runtime.

Solace Authority Console is the structured declaration interface for institutional authority. It captures who may act, under what scope, with which constraints, and compiles that declaration into a deterministic, versioned Authority Schema.

SAC is the declaration boundary. It does not make runtime decisions, perform enforcement, or execute side effects. It produces the authority artifact consumed by downstream governance and enforcement.

What SAC formalizes

Institutional authority as a verifiable artifact.

The console replaces freeform policy prose with a constrained declaration surface that can be validated, versioned, compared, hashed, and bound downstream.

01

Organization

Legal identity, jurisdiction, registration state, and organizational status.

02

Principals & keys

Who may act, which authority keys bind them, and when those keys are valid.

03

Intent scopes

The declared scope of authority associated with each principal and authority path.

04

Execution constraints

Explicit constraints, escalation paths, validity conditions, and bounded authority.

05

Version lineage

Effective dates, supersedes references, diff review, and attributable change history.

06

Canonical artifact

Deterministic JSON plus SHA-256 integrity hash for binding into downstream governance.

Clear boundary

Declaration is not enforcement.

SAC establishes the authority artifact. Harmonic determines whether that authority still has present standing at the moment of consequence. Solace Adapter applies the resulting decision at the side-effect boundary.
